Information you share
When you request an audit or contact AAA, we collect the contact details, website address and message you provide. We use them to review your request and communicate with you.
Public website checks
An audit may retrieve the public page you submit and record technical observations. It does not sign into your website or inspect private accounts.
Access and questions
Access to requests is limited to authorized staff. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact info@aaa-wa.com. We do not enroll a contact-form submission into automated cold outreach.
Cookies and existing services
WordPress and the customer application may use cookies for login, security and form protection. Any optional analytics or third-party service must be reviewed as part of production launch; this page should reflect the services actually enabled.
